It is highly disappointing firstly I can't reinstall the English version of the app and now my account got blocked please developers see through it... through my account I have also purchased few books as well this is no not acceptable being a customer . Please look after my grievances.Too disappointed ☹️

I am unable to install the English version of this app & I have an author account. Unfortunately I don't have backup of my novel I wrote on booknet. I also purchased books on this platform, so please consider our losses.

I have purchased many books from this app but in the new version which is not the English one I can't find any of the books from my library, do something I want my money back or give me my books back in English.
