Update after feedback from sellers and app developers: The team responded quickly and resolved the issues with the app. Works perfectly now. 4/5 stars only because I think that the app could benefit from having more options, such as the light and sound fading in or out gradually rather than cutting off/on abruptly. App crashes and won't connect device. Bluetooth is on and location permission is granted, but when I attempt to add a One Fire Product, the screen goes blank.

Dear developer you don't need the device location to work. The Bluetooth signal by itself is more then enough.
