I am not able to play any of the sessions. It keeps telling me to connect with the Bellabee after I got play. I received the same message on 3 different phones and I also confirmed the jack works with headphones. It's difficult to find someone to provide device support.

Used to work great! Now all I get is that the Bellabee needs to connect. I have tried everything! I've updated the app, cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled. I also did a soft reset on my phone. I have emailed the company with no reply. This app has been very useful to me in the past. I hope it is repaired soon!

This upgrade is amazing! I love that the original 2-app system was made into one, and has so many more protocol choices through the new Exchange Room. My favorites are brain fog, increase alertness, deep learning, peak performance, anti anxiety, relaxation, and sleep.
