Like others have mentioned, you need to log in via out of home to control the unit and it only works occasionally. I find myself using the v1 unless I need to adjust the louvers. I did send a recommendation, which I'm not sure if it was received that the fan speed should be included in the app as that is a major feature that people use a lot.

It takes up to a minute before the command sent from my mobile device activates my units. Not a big deal, however I wish it was somewhat more prompt. Scheduling is good, you can setup different schedule for each unit and each day, however you cannot remove/delete more than one schedule in a single command. Has to be done one-by-one.

This version of the app lists all of my heat pumps, but I can't control them. If I click on one it tells me to log into "not at home" even though I am home. If I log into "not at home" none of my heat I pumps show up. I still have version 1.0 of this app, too, and I have to use that to control heat pumps. But when I am not at home, it only lists 2 of my 3 heat pumps. All three were there for years, then one disappeared and has never come back. Both apps suck but at least 1.0 works a LITTLE.
