This app is trash! The only thing it's useful for is connecting your smart switches to your home network. I got 3 switches and tried several times to set up the "scenes" to automatically turn lights on/off with limited success. Additionally, my smart hub rarely connects to Legrand's servers, and the automation scenes don't work as intended. Some days, they work, other days they dont. I use the app to "manually" turn lights on/off while I'm away to make it look like I'm home.

Can't add new devices because it says I don't have an Internet connection. I clearly have both 4G and WiFi connections. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3x. No luck. Downloaded it on my wife's phone and it worked. Weird. Previously had issues with Scenes not updating too. As an engineer, it's frustrating to try to use something that's supposed to be simple, but is extremely difficult. Make this better Legrand.

I don't know what's going on but 2 days ago all 3 of my smart switches are behaving badly. One died! It won't boot anymore (done all TS & FR). The LED doesn't come on at all. The second one is connecting very sporadically and it's been dimming at random. The third is showing connected but isn't responding to the app. It's like something bad happened on the server that sent out bad data to each of these. They were literally working the day before and suddenly not. They are only 2 years old!
