The software was working fine with my android phone for a year, then all of a sudden it tells me it's not compatible with this phone. Impossible! I am computer savvy, technologically capable, and the problem has to be the software. I updated and downloaded the software on my phone multiple times, and reinstalled the app multiple times to no avail. I called tech support, informed them of the problem, followed their directions, and it still does not work. Worst software ever. HELP!!!

Be aware that if you're running an Onq Digital Audio system, Upnp and multicast must be enabled on your local home network. I've also discovered that Lookout premium plays havoc with this app if you have "safe browsing" enabled and are using its secure vpn pass-thru. With those turned on, the experience is horrendous - constant disconnects, unable to see your equipment, and a host of other issues that had me thinking I'd made a big mistake buying this system.

It was working fine on my phone when I tried downloading the app on another device and it couldn't connect to distribution module. Also kept saying 'This version in not compatible with this system' telling me to upgrade and when I hit upgdate, it tells me I already have the latest update. Then I updated the app on 'my' phone and it stopped connecting with the exact same issue as above. **Update... I contacted tech support and they helped me fix the isuue.
