Total scam! The technician checked my phone and found zero faults or defects, yet offered ₹2,000 less than the quoted price — saying “old phone and 4G only.” Then why quote a higher price for an old 4G phone in the first place? If there’s nothing wrong with it, pay what you promised!

This app is useless. it will diagnose your phone. show the price. ask for your details and address. will ask you to book pick-up slot which is 2 days later. but nobody will pick up your device on the pickup day. happened 3 times with me. no calls. no reason. they'll just cancel your order on pickup day.

WORST POSSIBLE SERVICE EVER. Booked to sell my phone 3 times. The staff cancelled all 3 orders due to non-connect despite me not recieving ANY calls from them. I even tried calling the multiple nos. they have displayed on their website and the SMS I received while booking the order - NOBODY is picking up any of my calls. The staff is completely unresponsive. Nobody replies on WhatsApp chats. Really wish there was an option to give 0 stars because thats all this app/service deserves.
