The rain talk app is very unpredictable and unstable. It works for a bit of time, then it stops working. It's a struggle to get it installed again, it keeps stopping on startup and you hope to get it installed eventually. It's really a pain to use! I'm thinking of ditching the SIM cards for ones from another provider that I can at least be able to make and receive phone calls.

Worst experience, ported my number and had problems ever since, making calls and receiving them has been so inconsistent. "Connection failed" (maybe because I'm using a dual SIM phone, dunno) more often than not, and then receiving notifications of missed calls hours later. Don't know what to do anymore, wish I could get rid of rain one and move my number back to Cell C, was way more reliable...yeah, it's that bad

Absolutely awful. Is able to make a call one time in ten, able to receive a call zero times in ten. When I put my second Rain SIM in to the phone the app shut down permanently, switching back to the first or restarting the phone multiple times made no difference. Absolutely amazing that somebody is able to make such old, established, straightforward technology unusable.
