I've been playing this game for years. Always loved it. Now, there are so many ads at the beginning of the game. I always play with 4 cards every single day. It's most difficult to get a bingo these days, even with 4 cards. I'm at level 351 but considering uninstalling the game. I see the same people get multiple bingos. I think the new owners of the game care very little about the enjoyment of the game and more about the money. The piggy bank that appears is so annoying. And again, about the $$

I love playing but for the first time in over 10 years it won't let me play! All my other games work, it just keeps loading! Hopefully you working on fixing it! Ok follow-up it was fixed yesterday, no reason to apologize these things happen! Thank you for fixing the issue! So I did what support told deleted app and reinstalled it I lost everything I did for last 10 year's. May 30th after I had deleted the app it said I bought a bunch of chips on separate times throughout the day! I couldn't of !

For years I have enjoyed this game, it was 5 stars. However, the games inside the app have failed to load the past 2 or 3 weeks. I have tried several times, all of their solutions. I've even created at least 2 tickets through the support link in settings of game, both have gone unanswered, and once ticket is created they claim they'll have a solution within 6 hours. Right now I'm very disappointed, which is why, at least until I'm able to play the game, I have no choice but to edit down to 1.
