I will say the app works fine and is easier to navigate than most outdated golf course websites. It could be an awesome app if there was more local courses. The biggest reason for the negative rating is the few course that are available (for me) have minimal discounts. One course is usually $25 for 9 holes, so a group of 4 is $100 even. The discounted price is closer to $22 and then once you add the fees this app charges, the total is somewhere around $104.... makes zero sense to use this app.

Your policy changes have led me to cancel my premium membership and to not use the app any longer. When booking a time and you cancel (even when the cancelation is more than 24 hours) they just credit your account. That sounds ok if i can use that credit for all other tee times. You can only use it for hot deals! This is an absolute rip off and will not be using your application again.

Bait and switch deal offers are best with this company, and app is flawed with constant issues (can't apply credit codes, can't use gift card money) as well. Advertised 20% off, app applied 10%, customer service replied that pricing applied to specific location which app doesn't asteric at all. To find a customer service email is no simple search. Customer service and culture doesn't exist. App is frustrating. Deals are good sometimes but can get same by working with the course vs Golfnow
