Useless app. Installed it, scanned the code and got "not supported". Tried entering it manual using the serial number, and the continue button is greyed out. My guess is they hired a developer for the app, then once it was complete, stopped pay them and no longer maintain their app. Typical good idea, with a corporate (aka braindead) implementation.

Mediocre experience. App is easy to get set up and love the QR code to find product. Parts options are very basic, and they do not even provide filter options. I also can not access the operator's manual. It says no permission to use storage, but in app permissions, all permissions are granted. Finally, explainer videos were great. I just wish there were more on set-up and tunning.

In theory a good idea, but implemented so badly it is largely useless. For example in the parts list for my machine, the word part is misspelled as "Art" everywhere and for the various belts my machine has each just has the description of 'belt' making the parts list totally useless. It would not have been hard to having a meaningful description like 'deck v belt' or 'deck toothed belt' etc but no not in this app
