About this app

The official Husqvarna Automower® Connect app allows you to take full control of your Husqvarna robotic lawnmower. The app provides two modes of connectivity depending on model; Automower® Connect for long-range connectivity using cellular communication, and Automower® Connect@Home for short-range connectivity using Bluetooth. Husqvarna Automower® Connect app provides the following main capabilities:

Status and control
• Receive the current status of the mower.
• Receive push notifications if the mower is stopped or is brought outside the installation.
• Send Start, Pause and Park commands to the mower.

Configure and install
• Have the mower’s complete menu system on your mobile device.
• View and change the mower settings, e.g. timers and cutting height.
• Take advantage of the high resolution and color display on your mobile device to enhance the interaction with the mower.

Security (applicable for Husqvarna Automower® Connect long-range connectivity)
• Track your mower’s GPS position in real time.
• Receive push notification alarm in the event of theft.

Ratings and reviews

Love the mowers (415X and 435x) The app has a few minor issues for me. The worst one for me is that when connected through the cell service but not Bluetooth, the battery percentage is always showing 100 percent. This is on my 435x. (Haven't tried it on my 415x recently.) I would really like to be able to see the correct battery charge level when out of Bluetooth range. It reads correctly on Bluetooth though. The map sometimes crashes and can't be accessed unless I stop the app and restart it...

App needs a lot of work. App Drive repeatedly and persistantly turns the mower the wrong way. I don't think the servos update direction properly before activating. Manual Restart is unnecessary for lost GNSS, slipped, out of work area, and so many more. If I can see it, I can drive it. I'll resolve any problems. "Stopped mowing unexpectedly" notifications should be pushed to me, minimizing babysitting. Add "split/combine regions" to mapping. Maybe a much more robust desktop app?

Appears to have the needed functionality initially, but then falls short. Repeated problems connecting to the mower and updating commands. Clunky scheduling tool is difficult to adjust and override choices (1) make no sense, and (2) don't work anyway. App previously showed mower tracking, and now just shows current position...somewhat. If running multiple mowers, it's a pain to switch back and forth. Dashboard should show multiple mowers at once. NEED A DESKTOP APP NOW!

What’s new

This update fixes the issue with not being able to set cutting height. It also includes other improvements and bug fixes. Husqvarna is continuously improving the experience in Automower® Connect.
