Useless...!!! Starkly, NOT fit for purpose. Clearly an ICF-off-the-Shelf Bundled App. Many features are not available to use....; The Experience is like that of an unlicensed Demo- i.e. needing a patch to unlock the Professional's version. Purchased by BIES, for Ten's of Millions of $'s with all the I.T. acumen of your flipping Grandma 1. ICF SL Field-App. 2. Support-Team Model 3. The Client Web Interface 4. Entire System's-Matrix caused Utter Confussion 5. Front Line Staff-NO Data access
