Absolutely horrendous customer service, use at your own risk!!! Deserve 0 stars. Booked a flight and hotel package, there was a glitch with the booking process where my phone autofilled my 1st and last names the wrong way around. No problem I was told. Then over the next wk, many lost hours and numerous emails, Last-minute and KLM sent me replies to contact the other party as it was their responsibility to rectify the name correction. Ended up cancelling the holiday and losing circa £250 for fun

Bad customer support. The profile data is autopopulated witout being needed first to be verified by the user. Because of them, if they dont resolve my issue, i'm risking to paid 130 € in plus to the aircompany for name change for something which is not.my fault. I needed to call 3 times until i"m transfered to agent , just because one email that ahould be automaticlly swnd, had never arrived.

This app just doesn't work anymore. I search for things I've searched for before and it just has an infinite loading screen. It only works on very few locations. I know it's not because everything is sold out but even if it is why is it just an infinite loading screen. Frustrating because I wanted to use this app to book my upcoming holiday but will have to go elsewhere now.
