Terrible service. I tried to cancel flights because my first flight got canceled due to maintenance failure. I called them the day of the cancelation and they told me to call them back in an hour. I did so and still no information from them. I called the airline and they told me it was canceled. I call back kiwi amd they told me that it wasn't canceled somehow. didn't even offer a rebook for me. after 4 days they still do not refund me for the one flight at least! awful customer service and app.

Booked airfare through Kiwi. They said I had to check in through the airlines' websites or apps, but every airline told me the confirmation number I had was invalid. I tried contacting kiwi but the only option they offer is their stupid ai chatbot, and no matter what I typed it just kept giving me the same unhelpful response, and I was never able to speak to an actual person.

It's good to get an idea for your trip, but not reliable. I bought tickets and 4 hours later I get an email saying that the prices have risen and that I had to pay the difference if I still wanted the tickets. Another time, they refused to change my flight and wanted to charge me everything. I went directly with the airline and they changed my flight without any problems. Kiwi will try to get every dollar from you. Not recommended to make purchases here. Not easy to get a quick confirmation.
