Terrible recent experiences, no longer find it to be reliable or trustworthy, it used to be fast and efficient, easy to use, quick response time...now Withholding transfers without responding to emails claiming issues with interac but deposits obviously are no issue, I've been waiting over a week to receive a 76 $ transfer (3 weeks now). They take days to answer and then send a form email. Recommend you look elsewhere. Update 05/29 Same story,no $ SAME form response. STRAIGHT UP THEFT of my $$$

Impossible to pass the 2FA when making online payments. There is no notification in the app and the only way to accept the payment is by restarting the application what causes the CVC to change and the payment fails.

Hello Enrico, please ensure that you tap on the notification within the app and not a notification on the top of your screen as this second one will exit you from the MuchBetter app, causing your CVV code to be reset and the payment to fail. They never told me i wouldn't be able to take out all of the money I had won at the casino! Only a partion of it! The rest has been sitting idly in their vault for over 2 years now
