Disappointment 100% Very poor customer services. If you not have many other tension than used xoom. One month give a horrible. Worse. Experience. Of life. 100% not recommendable. Stay our from service like this.
I had to send money urgent so I had to send Xoom is a good app to send money but it rips u off ........ xoom give u less exchange rate what it mean they keep money from ur money and then charge u feel of 2.99 US DOLLAR for $500 hundred and then xoom charge card transaction fee of 7.99 US dollars....... that's around $18 US dollars that's a lot money they take from u for one time sending.... this is unfair ......... they should change there name from xoom to xoom rips u off
App update ruined it Used to love the app before this new update utterly ruined it. When you can't send more than $450 (i think it could be less) from the app and it is asking you to access the mobile site so you can send more money, it defeats the purpose of the app, doesn't it? You just made a simple, convenient, easy to use and very helpful app into something pointless, troublesome and redundant if you will ask your users to use the mobile app for bigger transactions. Please bring it back to what it was before. Thanks.
They closed my account for no reason after using them for months. They would not give me a reason.
Convenient I no longer have to.... stop .. park .. walk in .. fill out a form .. wait in line and hope that the person who is not greeting with a smile knows how to do a transfer correctly. Thanks
Very bad transfer service They get the money out of the bank right away but the put a hold for 4 days to have it available for pickup. Then if you cancel the transfer they get you an a 5 to 10 days to refund the money that they took right away
