I have the older version of the Bolt and it works so much better than this newer version. I have had nothing but issues with the new one. For what you pay for the service it should work excellent. It is intermittent stating offline. The old version in the same location on the vehicle picks up the signal perfect. Can I exchange this new bolt to the old one?

Hello, app is friendly and ease to use but we need you to upgrade more regarding the reports,alarms...etc. Br.

So far I have put this app on my phone and got an email saying I put in the wrong code to enroll. I had to put in different numbers and was charged twice foe registering it. I'd better be getting a refund for one of the charges. And why do I have to wait two extra days to use this when the payment already went through? both payments!
