Lags all the time. Even logging in is very difficult. So much lagging its hard to access the features I cant access my plans. It keeps on giving blank pages. Crashing. S20 ultra. Its not the phone. I tried to report it even to the office itself. I cant pay the amount i want to pay. Eg. If i want to pay only 1 month in 1 transaction, and my 2nd month in 2nd. I cant. Always have bugs. Instead of improving, telling me to email. Useless emails

I have a very bad experience with this app. Aside from a very slow loading of the app, just recently I can no longer able to access my account. Tried to reinstall the app but on the new login page it requires email address instead of the user account. Whenever I tried to login/sign up using my registered email, it's just hanged up. Endless loading icon.

This app is useless. I was able to log in before just putting my user Id which I am using also by logging in the browser. Now, it is asking for my email address which is what I am using but iit says invalid. I am with prulife for 5 yrs already and i cannot imagine that the service is getting worst.
