Ratings and reviews

Can't synch the wishlist with PC account, the app doesn't share the same basket with PC, shows some orders as ready to get while they were delivered/taken already, the notification bell shows that he has news while he ofc doesn't, the app spams with "offers of your lifetime" a lot of times a day and even night, useless offers, bad filters (esp. genders), no options for price watching (like, "omg that stuff from the wishlist is 30% cheaper, go get it").... I could go on and on, actually.

Very bad delivery schedule. The first time i ordered a delivery, they made me wait for 3 days for it to be delivered. This is my second time ordering and the customer support doesn't respond to any requests and it's impossible for me to know where exactly is my order. I don't blame the delivery guys though, they are nice.

Good, because most of the time it's user friendly. It also stores data of what you buy, so that if you need same thing in the future you just go to your history.it's good too, because refunds are made when what you get is not really what you wanted.
