I really didn't want to leave a negative review but I fed up with constant cancelation of fully paid orders. Order is being delayed several times and then gets cancelled. If "something went wrong with the shipment" DO NOT cancel the order, replace it. Why should I bother myself with another order and usually at a higher price (especially if I purchased something during sale)?

I used to love this app but apparently the workers became way too reckless. no proper packaging, leaking products, broken stuff and etc. This is just disrespectful to the customers.

Garbage service and awful logistics to Uzbekistan. Orders delayed and dates changed 3 times! International shipping is totally broken with zero tracking or tracking numbers. They take your money upfront but take no responsibility for delivery. Support hides behind a stupid bot, no real humans reply or explain anything like a normal person. My first experience is completely ruined, never ordering here again!
