I really didn't want to leave a negative review but I fed up with constant cancelation of fully paid orders. Order is being delayed several times and then gets cancelled. If "something went wrong with the shipment" DO NOT cancel the order, replace it. Why should I bother myself with another order and usually at a higher price (especially if I purchased something during sale)?

Worst app ever. Their service centre never answer your query. For 50% orders you have to submit passport as they come from other countries and the app will not accept your document anytime. The return process was never easy for me. also they have unprofessional staff at pick up point that make you stand for 30 minutes in que and can't find item. all messed up and disgusting.

I had been doing a lot of shopping here before they'd banned access from abroad. I've got a family in Russia. Been ordering a lotta stuff. But now I can't simply do that. Cz they've restricted VPNs. Good job! If you don't want my money why would I use your app. Besides according to the latest researches they are spying on users. Avoid by any means
