Ratings and reviews

I know the app is good but when I was doing the registration I gave my sister's number thinking it can be changed later..but I got stuck because the account i think has already been made and when i gave another number it's saying it's already taken the previous one... I have to cancel my previous number, sent mails but no one responded plzz resolve this issue...

Hey I just joined filo tutor app two weeks ago initially was not getting call about a week and after 1 week I started getting call for two days it was all good and as a part time I earned well but suddenly after three days when ever any student connects with me da call just goes for 4-5 Secs then automatically cut however I used to post the solution after every ques of the students. I have a stable wifi connection at my place I wrote it to @support filo team but didn't found a valid soln.

I rate one star, they don't deserve this also from teacher side, their rating system is not good, they don't provide work at regular interval, they charge high from student but give very less. They judge teacher by students rating, it means if a student is weak then, he/she is a judge and rate teacher. They should give atleast pentab for teaching, and internet support charges. Overall nothing good specially rating.
