CoreLoop is a movement investigation app.
That thing that keeps coming back — the wrist that aches at the bottom of a push-up, the knee that gives out on stairs, the shoulder that jams at the top of a pull-up. Everything you've tried was aimed at where it hurts. CoreLoop investigates what's driving it.
CoreLoop is not an answer bot. It doesn't hand you a stretch and wish you luck. You talk to an AI investigator — out loud or by text — about what your body does under load, at the exact moment it fails. Together you form a hypothesis about the movement or structure behind it. Then you test one adjustment, and only one. You come back and report what happened. The loop tightens. Over time, the pattern shows.
