Tabata Timer is a clean, distraction-free interval timer for Tabata and HIIT workouts —
fully customizable, fully offline, and built to keep you consistent.

TIMER, YOUR WAY
- Set your own prepare, work, and rest durations, and number of rounds.
- Add your own exercise list — one per round, repeating automatically if you have fewer
exercises than rounds.
- Voice countdown cues (male or female voice) so you don't need to look at your phone.
- Background music while you train — pick one of the built-in tracks or use any audio
file from your phone.
- Custom background color for the workout screen.

HISTORY & PROGRESS
- Every workout is automatically logged: date, time, duration, and whether you completed
it or stopped early.
- A calendar view shows your training days at a glance.
- Add a note to any workout — weight used, how you felt, anything you want to remember.

MEDALS & STREAKS
- Unlock medals for streaks, total workouts, and total training time.
- A fresh set of yearly medals to chase every year (active days, active months) — browse
past years' medals anytime.
- Share a medal as an image right from the app when you unlock one.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
- No account, no sign-up, no login.
- No ads, no analytics, no tracking.
- All your data stays on your device.
- Built-in backup: export your settings, history, and medals to a file you control, so you
can move to a new phone whenever you want — no cloud, no server, just a file you share
