the app takes 20 seconds to open after you click on it and Everytime you switch between apps. you can't connect to other people's frame and the links when sent just reopen the app and relist what you already have. there's nothing to connect to unless you buy the frame yourSelf. if you try to go through the website to log in and use an invite link it just keeps reloading the app open and doesn't give you any notifications for the invitation

I love that I can walk into my home and see different beautiful photos of my family of such high quality and detail that isn't possible to see on my phone. I love the ease of adding more photos from my gallery, texts and other sources. My biggest worry is that if for some reason I'm unable to get internet, those photos would be lost unless I still get them all put on an SD card. This app still uses the cloud, which I feel is not necessarily permanent storage.

The app worked great with just one Frame under my user account, but I couldn't add a 2nd Frame. I chose the "+ NEW FRAME", "It's for me", "IT'S POWERED ON", then it stuck keep doing "Pair with Frame Now you need to connect your frame to WiFi. Enter in the numbers that match those displayed on your frame. Looking for your frame." The app didn't recognize my Aura Aspen was already connected and doing picture slideshow. I tried both WIFI 2.5ghz and 5ghz, even Hard Reset, but same problem!!!?
