Personalized Speed Dial

Browse faster by adding your favorite bookmarks as Speed Dials on the new tab page, to keep them one tap away. Sort them into folders, pick from a bunch of layout options, and make it your own. You can also switch Search Engines on the fly using Search Engine Nicknames while typing in Vivaldi’s Address Field (like ""d"" for DuckDuckGo or ""w"" for Wikipedia).

Vivaldi is the world’s first browser on Android to introduce two rows of mobile browser tabs. Long-press the New Tab button & select “New Tab Stack” to check it out! Choose between using a Tab Bar (which works great on larger screens and tablets) or a Tab Switcher to manage tabs.

Genuine Privacy and Security

Vivaldi doesn’t track your behavior. And we try to block other trackers that are trying to follow you around the internet. Keep your Internet browsing history to yourself with Private Tabs. When you use private browser tabs, searches, links, sites visited, cookies, and temporary files won't be stored.

Built-in Ad- & Tracker blocker

Popups and ads are among the most annoying things about browsing the Internet. Now you can get rid of them in a few clicks. A built-in Ad Blocker blocks privacy-invading ads and stops trackers from following you around the web - no extensions needed. P.S. Ad Blocker and pop-up blockers also make your browsing experience faster and safer.

Been testing this out to compare with Firefox since it's missing a few features I want. I'm impressed with how well it handles websites when my phone Android computer is plugged in to a secondary display, it's a bit glitchy with some web apps but much better than Firefox. I also love that the ad blocker is built in. I've been done with Google Chrome for a while cuz of the trashy ads experience, but trying to figure out how alternatives compare. The UI could use some work, but it's decent.

Uninstalling because bookmarks don't sync. I've tried multiple times to sync the mobile browser bookmarks with my desktop, but it just plain doesn't work no matter what I do. Uninstalling both as a result, this is a simple feature that's been around for years that other browsers do successfully and easily. EDIT: I'm logged in on both browsers, the feature doesn't work and a Google search indicates I'm not the only one with this problem. All modern browsers should be able to do this.

It's more feature rich than at first glance. I had to stumble into settings (very detailed). I was looking for a way to sync between devices (2 identical Samsung phones) and wish the features were more obvious than me having to stumble my way around. At any rate, I've deleted Opera, disabled Chrome and Samsung internet and as much Google as possible. This has more features than at first glance and NO AI! Still learning. Took off the 1 star as the settings were hard to find
