Ratings and reviews

Initially impressed at the selection and prices, that all went out the window when I got my order. One pair of pants had been labeled my size on the app, but when I got them, they weren't even close to my size! Despite this being their mistake, I still had to pay the restocking fee and the options to return are atrocious. I opted for the site credit figuring I could find something else, but now can't even get close to just spending the credit amount.

I really like this app but I gave them 3 stars because they have the worst customer service. First there is no email address or phone number listed if you have issues with your order. An order I placed on 05/03/2025 had 2 items is still "being processed"..yet they took the money when I placed the order! UPDATE After this I ordered again and the size 12 women jeans ordered had its tag size 12 boys anyone could have read it. I didn't return them too much hassle but FYI BUYER BEWARE!!

Update September 5, 2026: the current version of the app is good, one quirk is holding it back a little. When looking at my saved favorites, the default view is sorted by "recently favorited." While scrolling, after getting about halfway through the list, all the items disappear. When sorting by "price high to low" or "price low to high" it doesn't happen however, making it an effective work-around. Thanks for reading :D
