Ratings and reviews

I generally love this app, as it makes some of my favorite Asian snacks and drinks actually available to me now that I moved away from H-Mart. My only dislike is that there is only super low coupons and no coupon stacking. $2 off as a whole order coupon is like a joke in this economy. Why give multiple $2 off coupons when you can only use 1 at a time? Reward more frequent buyers with better deals and coupons, and I know that I would order more frequently.

App is mediocre. Their shipping speeds on the app are wrong. "Local express" is not really express. The search function kind of works. It's hard to find specific brands. The app is always out of stock of a lot of things. The restock alerts don't always work. Some parts of the app are Chinese language only, like the reviews, the community page, and some product listings.

Words cannot express how much I love this app. This app has food ingredients i can't find at my local grocery stores for extremely low prices. They also deliver super quickly too. I've ordered multiple times from this app and the longest I've had to wait for my order has been three days, i believe. Items are also extremely well packaged. I've never received anything broken or opened. You can order anything from toys, to cooking appliances, to snacks, to food ingredients.
