Worst shopping platform in the world. Items shipped from overseas took forever. Shopee is very fast. Delivery never sent item and unable to get refund at all. Price show $2++ but actually is $14+ seller advertise promo but finally never received items. Refund made. Seller issue, shipping companies issue. Please improve or shut down to prevent confusion to buyer.

Search feature is totally rubbish (I use Indonesian region). It throws a lot of unrelevant results, most of the time only 2 out of 10 results are relevant. Sometimes I got none - no, it's not that the search engine unable to find, but it throws pretty much random stuffs! - I just wonder what the hell is the search algorithm being used...

Terrible UI and customer service. I had an unknown charge on my credit card from Lazada not on my order history. CS agent kept repeating "you need to update your app" even after repeatedly updating AND accessing their site on PC. In the end they just said "we can't do anything - just raise a charge back". After doing so I am blocked from paying for my purchases with their cobranded credit card and told that will stay until I reverse the charge back. They still can't find the order either.
