When items are removed from an order on the business side, it does not give you a chance to replace the item or cancel the order, it wastes both my time and money spent on delivery. The search function in the app is abysmal, the results have no relation to the words searched and you have to sift through thousands of pointless results. The after sales service is good, problems resolved quickly. Recently search filter based on restaurant ratings have been removed, less power towards consumers.

It doesn't say if the shop is close. It just let you order and wait for nothing. This app is getting worst. Won't order here anymore, this isn't the 1st time I encountered this. Also, the delivery fee is too expensive, I started using food panda because the fee before is cheaper than grab but now, grab is better lol. I'll go back to grab.

Pros: 1) Top notch customer care 2) Vouchers are good even though they are getting more restricted day by day. Cons: 1) Extra fees are increasing. 2) Very Very limited number of restaurants. They don't have many better restaurants whereas pathao has wide variety of restaurants available. 3) Minor bugs in app is always there. And ffs stop with the floating icons and popups. 4) Completely unnecessary restriction that you can use a voucher only once or thrice when it had unlimited access before.
