Ratings and reviews

I'll start by rating this app 5 stars for the fact that it's very organized and friendly. But I'm somehow tempted to take away a star or 2 for the fact that prices are just too high compared to what we get on ground and the fact that we don't get the opportunity to find all whet we want. And as a suggestion, please power bank should be added to items under electronics. Also, kikuu should make it a rule for every item posted to have a detailed description such that buyers don't get frustrated

Kikuu is very good, even though I have had friends that had issues with Kikuu. As for me, my only issue is the delivery period, it takes more than one month to get your product you purchased. I will advice everyone to check the reviews before buying a product. Secondly try as much as possible to pick up your product, you can open it right there and make sure it's exactly what you bought, because delivery guys cannot be trusted. Some of them swap items, others doesn't show up at all.

Worse online marketing platform. Very bad customer care/support. An agent receiving your item can decide to keep your item and there is nothing you can do. No help from kiiku team. Most of the items they display are not as quality as displayed. I repeat, if you purchase any item on this platform, there's not going to be any support when you have issues with delivery. The worse part is that the agent can confirm to them that you have accepted your package when actually you have not gotten it.
