Ratings and reviews

The app and services are good but that 'confirm received' button attached to orders that haven't arrived at the pickup station is a problem. Aside that everything else is top 👌 notch.

I've calling customer service for more than a week and no answer while my stuff is in kigali and no one is answering to send them to me ! I don't like that and they have put in the update of the order that they failed to deliver the other day which will cause the delay!!! I think this is not professional at all !

I am complaining about Kiku services. I ordered one product but It hasn't been delivered to me, but the status is changed to "received" while it is a lie. To many claims on different plateform are still not answered. None is willing to give the answer. The refund also is not answered. I think local staff are stealing the client's package and you are not handling this matter. You should make investigation so that these mal practices are stopped. I don't recommend anyone to order with Kikuu.
