Constantly freezes: This app used to be great, but has become incredibly frustrating. It freezes every time there's a commercial, and the only way to unfreeze is is to exit the app over and over again, and then wait 5-10 minutes while hoping it will unfreeze unfreeze of getting an error message. As a result , it frequently takes 1 hrs+ to watch a 30 minute episode of anything.

I'd love to see all the ads people complain about, or even the crashing after those ads... But I can't get this app to sign in thru xfinity. I'm redirected to sign in, I sign in, xfinity wants me to approve the sign in, I do, and when I return to the app, it forgets that I was signing in. Rinse and repeat. Only TV provider app I have that fails to sign in. Very disappointed. BTW, it used to work some time ago. But not now.

I'm a bit confused because my tablet notified me this app was no longer functional. However, when I looked for ways to view a missed episode of a program, it told me I had to download the app (on my phone) and then let me watch the episode without any problem. Very odd.
