Worst App Ever – Total Money Trap & Scam Coupon Policy! Do NOT download or use the ixigo train app unless you want to lose your hard-earned money and end up with zero customer support. This is hands down the absolute worst travel booking app ever created! Their coupon policy is a complete scam. They tempt you with promotional coupons and "Travel Guarantee" vouchers, but they come with ridiculous hidden conditions. Most vouchers expire within 7 days, and if you use a coupon on a booking.

Even after I provide my location all the time and while I am in the train, it still reports incorrect arrival and departure times at certain stations. I tried giving review for 3 trains and after typing detailed review, it showed an error and logged me out. It is a good app though to get an idea of the train you might be traveling in.

Worst customer service....I ordered food on train through this blue app but it got cancelled. I have not received my refund yet and I have sent multiple emails but no response....They have tie up with Swiggy, Even Swiggy is of no use..... Would not recommend anyone... Zomato is the best for all these food related
