Free cancellation charges are surprisingly high. What’s even more confusing is that the per-passenger cancellation charge increases when you book multiple passengers in a single transaction. However, if you book tickets individually (one passenger at a time), the free cancellation charge per passenger turns out to be much lower. This makes the pricing feel like a hidden trick that most customers wouldn’t even notice. It almost feels like people are being charged extra simply

I’ve been using mainly for hotel and hostel bookings, and honestly, it’s been a great experience. The app offers really good discounts, especially helpful if you’re traveling on a budget. What I like most is how well it caters to backpackers. It shows affordable hostels that actually have good vibes and solid reviews, making it easier to pick places that offer a great experience without spending too much. I haven’t booked flights through the app yet, so I can’t comment on that part, yet.

A terrible experience. You should not refund the amount as Ixigo money after an unsuccessful flight booking. Please return it to the original form of payment. You have duped by charging double from me. One reservation I paid using my card. The other reservation which you have confirmed from your end using that Ixigo money. Fix your glitchy site. Who is stupid enough to make double reservation for same travellers, same destination and flight timings. Well, you made me one successfully
