This app is just not a normal travel app for booking flights or trains....I believe it's an immersive experience from choosing the right flight on the right price ... I think this app is the most genuine app for bookings and travel be it for flights, trains or hotels ..to be honest...I am happy with it ...Love it !! keep up Team ixigo

The new UI (dark mode) is way worse it looks like some intern got free claude access and just revamp the UI . it's not at all user friendly and visually doesn't look good. I don't know how come there UI/UX team approved this. I'm not sure if anyone else feels same. now Flights info , price all are too colourful that doesn't make any sense and very difficult to focus. I'm finding other plateform much better. I have been IXIGO user for many years. and still there train (IRCTC) app is much better.

One of the worst travel booking experiences I have ever had. I booked a flight from Bhubaneswar to Dubai through Ixigo. Due to an unexpected road accident strike, I was unable to reach the airport and needed to reschedule my flight. Unfortunately, Ixigo's rescheduling service was completely useless. The app and support system failed when I needed them the most. I spent valuable time trying to change my booking, but the process was confusing and ineffective.
