pathetic app to book for trains within 1-2 days... shows confirmed option as ticker.. but once you start booking.. it vanishes and tells you confirmed option now not available and once you check again, it doesn't even change the ticker of confirmed option attached to it. lots of miles of improvement required in the application.. it isn't working well... offers ,ads ,coupons are overkill.. point in time they start irritating

Very disappointing experience with Ixigo. I booked a hotel through Ixigo, but on reaching, the hotel informed me they had no tie-up with Ixigo and all rooms were sold out. Customer support promised a refund or an alternative room within 30 minutes, but even after more than an hour (around 10:30 PM), no room was arranged. Although the refund was processed, I still had to spend 2–3 hours late at night searching for another hotel. This wasted my time and caused unnecessary inconvenience.

This is a terrible policy. Ixigo and AU Bank are offering credit cards through a scam. There are no real benefits; they're running a scam in the name of discounts. Whether you book train tickets or flights, they increase the base price by adding platform fees and other charges, and then offer a 10% discount. So what's the point? Worst app and worst company... Please do not download or apply for the Ixigo AU small credit card. worst service ever .....pls dont use .
