i booked a flight for my wife and payment went through but flight was not booked and they told me to keep on waiting for confirmation etc. in the end it was cancelled after 2-3 hours and when i tried to book again the flight got costly. i had to pay almost 20k extra because of ixigo and in the app it says payment failed but i have audio recording where they said payment went through. pathetic app. Cheaters

The so-called 3X Refund offered by Ixigo is misleading. Customers are made to pay a high premium for train ticket bookings with the expectation of confirmation. When the ticket is not confirmed, the extra amount paid is not refunded in cash. Instead, Ixigo issues a voucher, usable only for flight bookings and valid for just 7 days. This is not a genuine refund and severely limits usability, causing customers to lose their money. Warning to users: Please read the fine print carefully

Worst customer service, careless, they take days to respond. By then, our flight cancellation period also ends. They say 5 minutes and take 3 days. Faced issues on multiple occasions. Hotels don't even acknowledge them to be legitimate and had to wait hours for confirmation and last minute that also gets cancelled. Had huge problems and loss. Highly not recommended. I repeat, their customer service is horrible! Don't assume you are saving money, you are only in for loss in the long run.
