They claim they have charges less than other platforms and cost more than other platforms. they take around 3k reschedule charges and 1 day before flying they will reschedule back to the original booking date and charge people more than what other similar platforms cost. worst application and services ever. they do not even have on call customer support and if you click on call back on the booking to enquiry nothing happens. better book from makemytrip etc apps
