3 things that are bad app design which I absolutely cannot stand: 1. When ordering a car, the option to pay cash or credit is at the very bottom, not obvious at all, and very easy to forget. 2. Despite that, once you've called a car, one CANNOT change the method of payment. 3. Why are passengers capable of cancelling a ride, if they're already in a car?

It works, that's what's most important. Prices are OK although sometimes the sudden increase in price when making an order (moving from one stage to the next) is annoying and almost feels like a scam. Also, it's too bad that the price increases when driver takes a longer route. If I need extra stops or ask to take an alternate route, then yes, increase the price by all means. But when it's the drivers choice feels like I should be protected from that.

The lack of Google Maps and no map rotation is the reason for only 3 stars. As a turist used to Google Maps and the freedom it provides its so confusing to navigate the map and make sure the selected destination is the right one. We ended up going to the wrong destination on multiple occasions as a result of this. Similar when being picked up - it could be difficult to figure out exactly where the taxi would be. Payment and everything else works perfect!
