Antarman is a mobile application designed to increase awareness of mental health and provide guidance on self-care. The App Is developed by KOSHISH- a pioneer organization working on the promotion of mental well-being in Nepal. The app contains a personality quiz that is able to identify one’s moods, anxiety, and stress change patterns. The app also offers a “Stress Release Game” and modules to keep track of thought logs/diaries.
