It can take a long time to recover from childbirth, but there are ways to make the journey smoother. LEIA Health supports you with a recovery plan personalised to your needs, based on your own experiences and conditions.

TEST FOR POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION
The postpartum period can be difficult enough without having to worry about your mental well-being. Yet, 1 in 10 of all mothers and fathers get postpartum depression. With LEIA Health, you can test yourself for postpartum depression and learn how to pay attention to your symptoms at an early stage. Created together with scientists at Karolinska Institutet.

FEATURE FOR BREASTFEEDING, BOTTLE FEEDING AND PUMPING
Feeding your baby is a big part of your daily life as a mother. But if you find yourself struggling, you are not alone, as most new mothers experience problems when breastfeeding. LEIA's feeding tracker will help you keep track of both breastfeeding and bottle feeding to make all parents feel supported, no matter how you feed your baby.

STRENGTHEN YOUR PELVIC FLOOR WITH LEIA
Your pelvic floor is important and holds lots of functions in the body. Through our 6-week training program, you can build up your internal muscles, which can avoid prolapse and incontinence. Before and after your childbirth.

SUBSCRIPTIONS PRICING AND TERMS
LEIA offers three subscription options with a 3-day trial that auto-renews: monthly quarterly and yearly. Prices may vary and the charge may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.

The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your Google Play Store Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can go to your iTunes Google Play Store Settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your Google Play Store Settings will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. If you subscribe before your free trial ends, the rest of your free trial period will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.
