Quantem File Manager is a full-featured file manager for Android that lets you browse, copy, move, rename, delete, compress, and share any file or folder stored on your device — including documents,
APKs, archives, and media files across internal storage, SD cards, and OTG drives.

WHY THIS APP NEEDS "ALL FILES ACCESS" (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)
As a file manager, this app's core purpose is to browse and manage any file on the device — not just media files. Without All Files Access permission, the app cannot navigate arbitrary directory
paths, access documents and non-media files, or perform the file operations that define a file manager. This permission is used exclusively to provide file management functionality.

Quantem File Manager integrates with Android Enterprise and the Quantem Endpoint Management Solution, enabling IT administrators to manage device content and enforce storage policies across a fleet of
managed devices.
