This is a medical health information app specifically designed for educating users regarding a mental health condition called "Depression". The information text is in English as well as Hindi language.

It provides general information on various aspects of the condition including symptoms, types, causes, treatment strategies, etc. Its purpose is to enable users have a general understanding of the disorder so that they may help themselves or provide help to others around them.

The content of the app was developed as part of the dissertation work of Ms Sabarni Banerjee under guidance of Mrs. Yumnam Surbala Devi and Dr Rohit Verma.

The app in no form is a substitution for medical advice or opinion from a psychiatrist. Rather, it promotes individuals to seek help for themselves or their loved ones in case they think that they might have the illness.
