First, we advise you to do a nutrigenetics and epigenetic test, and preferably also provide us with your latest lab results. We can provide you with related tests, since these will form an essential basis for optimizing your healthy nutrition. A personalized plan will be developed specifically for you by our team of Healthcare Professionals, Dietitians, Nutritionists and Naturopaths. You can join our program also without having these tests, but your plan can be better optimized with them.

Special recipes and space-sustainable ingredients are also available among our recommendations. They can be prepared even during your space analog missions (or real space flights!) or on your expeditions under harsh, extreme environment! There is no mission impossible!
