This app provides simple, random daily exercises to help you break free from sedentary habits, improve flexibility, and energize your mind and body. No equipment is needed, and it’s perfect for any fitness level. Make movement a part of your routine - your body and brain will thank you!
Functionality:
- A random exercise is generated daily, with a random time or number of repetitions.
- Use the '?' button to open a web search for the selected exercise to better understand how to perform it correctly.
- You can select a different (random) exercise if you don't like the current one.
- For timed exercises, a timer will be displayed for your convenience.
- You can adjust the time and number of repetitions per exercise to your preference. The app will remember this and next time randomly choose a similar value for this exercise.
- You can select which exercises to include in the random selection. There are 38 exercises available, divided into 5 categories.
- Every day at 8 a.m., you will get a reminder to do your exercise.
