Set targetSDK=34 (Android 14) and fix what it needs:
* updated libs and build
* changed info text for SOS SMS
* updated translations: bn, rn, pt-br
+ added translations: af, ca, in, iw, am, fil, gu-in, ka, kn, mai, mr, my, or, sd, sq, tl, uz, yo
- removed translations: ug
- removed redundant invisible char in translations: cs, el, en, fr, pl, sv
- removed parallel apps loading which is not effective due to system resource locking
* fixed no close previous preferences screen on language change
