The My Real Wellbeing app is available exclusively for Australian Unity Members, providing simple activities designed to improve overall wellbeing.

You can choose which activities you want to complete, set reminder notifications, view your achievements, complete the Advanced Wellbeing Assessment to measure your wellbeing, and view changes to your wellbeing over time.

Sync your fitness app or device to improve your physical health, complete fun memory games to boost your mental health, schedule in some me-time, keep track of the things you’re grateful for and more. Don’t forget to come back to the app regularly to find new activities designed to improve different areas of your wellbeing.
