Ayan — UAE Spam Call Protection

Stop wasting your day on real-estate agents who got your number from a leaked list. Ayan automatically blocks unwanted calls from known UAE spam numbers — real-estate cold callers, telemarketers, scam attempts — before your phone even rings.

Why Ayan

The UAE has a unique spam-call problem. Personal phone numbers leak from property listings, agent databases, and broker contact lists at an industrial scale. The result: dozens of unwanted "hi sir, are you looking for an apartment?" calls every week. Generic global call-blockers don't know about the local numbers actually bothering you.

Ayan is built specifically for the UAE. The blocklist is a community-curated database of UAE spam numbers reported by other users — the agents who called you have almost certainly called thousands of others, and Ayan recognises them on the first ring.

What you get

• Automatic blocking of known spam numbers — calls are rejected before your phone rings
• UAE-specific blocklist updated continuously
• Community reporting — flag a new spammer in one tap, and help everyone
• Identify unknown callers — see "Likely spam" before you answer
• Works in the background — set it up once and forget it
• Privacy-first: all call matching happens on your device

How it works

Ayan uses Android's built-in Call Screening service to inspect incoming calls. Each incoming number is matched against Ayan's UAE spam database on your device — your call data never leaves the phone. Known spam calls are rejected automatically; unknown calls reach you normally, with a "possible spam" hint if anyone has reported the number.

Privacy

• Phone numbers are matched locally on your device, never uploaded
• Your call log is not shared with anyone
• Your account stores only your phone number, name, and the numbers you choose to report
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, in-app or by email
• Full privacy policy: mortgage.yazdanproperties.ae/ayan/legal

Permissions

Ayan needs the "Caller ID & spam" role and access to your phone state and call log so it can screen incoming calls. You grant these permissions on the setup screen with an explicit disclosure of what's accessed and why. You can revoke them at any time in Android Settings.

Who Ayan is for

• UAE residents tired of unsolicited real-estate calls
• Anyone receiving repeated "hi sir / madam" cold sales calls
• Property buyers and renters whose number ended up on broker contact lists
• Anyone who wants a clean call inbox

Updates and community

Ayan's blocklist grows every day as users report new spam numbers. Every report you submit helps the next person. The more of us using Ayan, the harder it gets for spammers to operate in the UAE.

Made by Yazdan Properties

Ayan is built and operated by Yazdan Properties, a UAE real-estate company that knows the spam-call problem from both sides. We built Ayan because legitimate real-estate professionals should not have to compete with thousands of cold callers harassing customers.
