Exercises in the application are used by people practicing yoga (pranayama), athletes, as well as free-divers (people diving underwater on breath hold)

One of the features of the app, is the ability to edit the parameters right during the exercise. Practice different breathing techniques that are accompanied by music, vibrations, and visuals.
