Drowse helps you wake up feeling refreshed by aligning your sleep with natural 90-minute cycles and giving you one-tap alarms that can be scheduled in-app or via your device’s native clock.

• Sleep & Wake-Up Modes — Switch between calculating bedtimes or wake-up times and instantly see suggestions.
• Alarm Scheduling — Use Drowse’s in-app alarm feature or hand off to your device’s native clock app (Google Clock, Samsung Clock, etc.) with a single toggle.
• One-Tap Recommendation Cards — Tap any suggestion to schedule your alarm without digging through menus.
• Reminders — Set up bedtime reminders to help you wind down and get ready for bed.
• Privacy-First — No ads, no tracking; your data stays on your device.

Drowse calculates its suggestions based on the time and mode you select and will factor in a customizable amount of time it takes for you to fall asleep. It takes about 15 minutes for an average human to fall asleep.
