O aplikaciji
Walk the home, tap each room, send the price.
Mopwise is a cleaning estimate app for solo house cleaners and maids. As you walk through with the client, every room you tap adds a line to the check with its time and price, worked out from your own hourly rate. Before you leave the driveway, the quote is on the client's phone.
PRICE BY ROOM OR BY SIZE
• Tap bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room as you go, or type the square footage when you quote over the phone
• Standard, deep and move-out cleans change the time, not your rate
• Pets, extras like the inside of the oven, fridge or windows, each priced as its own line
• Hourly rate or day rate, a minimum visit and rounding up to the nearest $5
A QUOTE YOUR CLIENT CAN READ
• Cleaning as one line, each extra apart, first visit and repeat price
• Send it as a text or a PDF
• Put your Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal or PIX on it, so the client knows how to pay you
REPEAT CLIENTS PRICED RIGHT
• Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly discounts come off the cleaning, never the one-off extras
• A repeat visit never drops below your minimum
• See what each client is worth a month
CLIENTS, VISITS, GETTING PAID
• Each client keeps their address, notes and the home as you last priced it
• Book the next visit and get a reminder
• Mark visits done and paid, and see who still owes you
• Export your clients to CSV any time
