Millie Amis brings over 20 years of yoga practice and 30+ years in fitness and wellness. Her passion is creating a welcoming space where people can gather, grow, and reconnect — both on and off the mat.
Jason Amis contributes over 35 years of experience in strength training, mobility, CrossFit, kettlebells, and performance coaching. His philosophy is simple: movement is medicine. By blending functional strength with yoga’s breathwork and mindfulness, he helps students build resilient bodies and balanced lives.
Together with Korey and Rebecca Turner, the team is launching a space designed to elevate both inner and outer wellness — because true confidence starts from within.
