SyncWork is the field companion for service technicians. It shows the tasks your company assigned to you, keeps them on the phone, and lets you record everything you did on site — even with no signal.

For teams already running SyncWork: equipment service and repair, installation, on-site maintenance.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• See your tasks grouped by day — filter by all, today, or a date range on a calendar
• Open a task for the full picture: client, address, description, scheduled date, priority and status
• Change status with one tap — only the transitions your company allows
• Edit the description, internal notes and scheduled date on the spot
• Call the client, or open the address in your maps app
• Log materials used: quantity, notes, and what is actually in stock in your warehouse
• Add services with quantity and price, and see the running total
• Check the equipment linked to the task, with serial numbers, and write a note on each unit
• Take photos of the work and attach them to the task
• Show the client a summary of materials, services and totals, then capture their signature on the phone
• Save your own signature once in settings — after that it is added for you
• Get a notification when a new task is assigned to you, and tap it to open the task

WORKS OFFLINE

Your tasks are stored on the device. Vans, basements, sites with no coverage — you keep working. Every status change, material, service, photo and signature is queued locally and syncs automatically as soon as the network is back. A bar at the top shows whether you are online and how many changes are still waiting.

Ukrainian, English, Polish and Turkish — the app takes its language from your SyncWork profile.

YOU NEED AN ACCOUNT FROM YOUR COMPANY

This is not a standalone app. It works only with a SyncWork workspace, and your account is created by your company's administrator. There is no sign-up inside the app. If your company does not use SyncWork yet, take a look at sync-work.com.
