I think it's really good. However, there are so many things to log into the app, it seems It takes longer to log my food into the app that it has become extremely frustrating.I reached out to support. After they reset my password, I was able to log in. I moved the app to my tablet because it takes too long to log items in. I would not recommend this app.

Customer Service helped me get Health Connect sync working. The trick is you have to have all your data published through Google Fit into the Health Connect. Since I use Samsung Health due to a Galaxy watch, and other tracking apps and not Fit, what happens is it all gets put into Fit then synced. But it does duplicate some data, like steps. Not ideal, but sufficient.

I have been using this app to log and track daily intake such as calories and protein. It was recently updated and the tab to log food in the daily log book was deleted. This takes away one of the best resources and conveniences of the app. For instance it had a barcode scanner for quick reference and recording of food items.
