I have been on the app for less than a week, but the app has only worked for the first day since installing it. When I login, it takes me to a page where the circle just spins amd spins and it never progresses beyond that point. I already log my food and exercise, but there is no way to tell if that information has synced or if I need to enter it manually. It is so frustrating. I have not been successful logging in since the very first day.

This app has serious technical issues. It frequently crashes even after updates, and I’m using a brand-new Samsung phone. It also does not properly track or sync my workouts with my watch. I am actively tracking my weight and workouts and manually entering them in the app, but the information is still not recording correctly. Despite this, I have received emails saying I’m not logging my data and could be removed from the program. The issue appears to be with the app, not my participation.

Hard to navigate and use. Had an appointment only for the dietitian not to show up, got told my insurance wasn't partnered with the program when I tried to reschedule but when I got a letter saying I didn't meet the requirements because of the appointment and called, they said I'd have to re register because "I didn't show up". Waste of time.
